Any complaints about FIRE AFFAIR? We are ready to help!
It can always happen that something does not go as planned. In the event of complaints, we advise you to first turn to FIRE AFFAIR by sending an email to contact@fireaffair.com. We are willing to do our utmost best to resolve the complaint by mutual agreement.
For complaints that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, is it possible to turn to Stichting WebwinkelKeur via webwinkelkeur.nl, which will mediate free of charge. If there is not a solution found by then, you have the opportunity to have his complaint dealt with by the independent disputes committee appointed by Stichting WebwinkelKeur. The decision of this is binding and both entrepreneur and consumer agree with this binding decision. The submission of a dispute to this committee involves costs that the consumer must pay to the relevant committee.
From the 15th of February 2016 It is also possible for European consumers to register complaints via the European ODR platform (http://ec.europa.eu/odr). If your complaint is not yet pending elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the European Union platform.
